Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted upon 30 days from date of purchase from online store only with valid reason approved by Bensons Tea Company prior to return. This includes goods received that are damaged, defected or incorrect that is not due to shipping. Please contact us (hello@bensons-tea.com) prior to return and include your order number and reasons for return. Bensons Tea Company will not be responsible for any shipping cost of return.
